To coincide with KOG-2022, Kerala Olympic Association is conduting the "KOA Expo -2022" at the historical landmark of Thiruvananthapuram " Kanakakunnu Palace" onApril 29th- May 10th 2022. This expo will showcase the sports equipment of major brand in the country and the leading sports infrastructure builders shall also be the part of this event, apart from Commercial stalls, Flower show, Participation of major builders, Automobiles, Furniture Leaders, Crockeries etc. Food festival and flower show will be an added attraction of this 12 days long event. Sports events and cultural events will be another attraction. The general public of capital city can experience the biggest sporting event as well as multi purpose exhibition which is happening in Trivandrum in the first time.

Kerala Olympic Association is conducting Kerala Marathon 2022 in connection with the first Kerala Games. It is happening at Thiruvananthapuram on 1st of May 2022. It is expected that prominent persons from all walks of life across India will be participating in the first Kerala Olympic Marathon. The total Prize money offered 11 lakhs is one of the highest prize money in the Country in Half Marathon. Kerala Olympic Association is also honoring the Olympic medal winners (from India) of Tokyo Olympics and Olympic participants from Kerala along with the Opening Ceremony of Kerala Olympic Games on 30th of April 2022.
